Leonard family homestead on Pigeon Creek near Ellsworth, PA. Location of Caleb Leonard, Jr.'s homestead is described, in various documents as "northwest of Brownsville," "near Bentleysville," and "on the Ellsworth Coal Company property." The family home was described as "a two-story log cabin" that was occupied until 1983! Salvaged for construction materials over several years afterward.
